The singer Dounia Hédreville will offer three concerts
on the Pitiüses. On June 11, at 8.30 p.m., she will perform at the
Sa Nostra Cultural Hall in Formentera and the day after, at 11:00 a.m.
she will offer a school concert also at Sa Nostra. Finally, on June 12,
at 8.30 p.m., she will perform at the Sa Nostra Cultural Hall in Eivissa.

Born in Paris, with a Caribean father and Spanish mother,
Dounia
Hédreville started her musical career with her father, a saxophonist
who played jazz, zouk and Caribean folkmusic. In Mallorca she studied singing
for five years with the soprano, Catalina Negre, and has not stopped studying
and experimenting with different styles of interpretation. She has participated
as the singer in various musical groups; and at present, as a soloist,
combining religious and African songs, vocal sounds... She has a great
vitality and a charming voice, with an extraordinary curriculum that includes
singing, musical composing, theatre and teaching.
