The fishermen's huts declared as Property of Cultural Interest
The Historic-artistic Heritage Committee of Eivissa and Formentera (CIPHA), an entity dependent on the Council for Youth and Culture of the Council of Eivissa and Formentera, passed last April 22 the proposal to declare the fishermen's dry docks de Formentera as Property of Cultural Interest with the category of Place of Ethnological Interest. The proposal by the CIPHA was approved definitely in the last plenary meeting of the insular institution held on April 27, closing the process that was started over two years ago with the view to guaranteeing the protection and conservation of the fishermen's huts of Formentera.

The declaration defines a 25 metre protected area around the fishermen's huts affected by the declaration:

Cala Savina (Es Mollet d'en Guasch). Group comprised of 2 huts.

Estany des Peix (Sa Boca). Group comprised of the dry docks 1 and 7 and the fishermen's huts number 2,3, 4, 5 and 6.

Estany des Peix (vorera sud). Group comprised of 1 hut and 1 dry dock.

Estany des Peix (Campament). 1 dry dock.

Ses Bassetes. Group comprised of 10 fishermen's huts.

Punta de sa Pedrera. Group comprised of 6 warehouses, 8 huts, 5 dry docks and 1 warehouse (excluding hut number 2, the dry dock number 25, and the warehouses number 9, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 18).

Es Banc. Group comprised of 4 fishermen's huts.

Es Caló d'en Trull. Group comprised of 4 fishermen's huts.

Cala Saona. Group comprised of 6 warehouses, 29 fishermen's huts and 1 dry dock.

Es Torrent Fondo. Group comprised of 5 fishermen's huts and 2 dry docks.

Es Torrent de s'Alga. Group comprised of 14 warehouses and 27 fishermen's huts.

Es Mal Pas. Group comprised of 2 huts.

Es Pi des Corb. Group comprised of 3 dry docks.

Es Ca Marí (Migjorn). Group comprised of 4 fishermen's huts and 14 dry docks.

Es Racó Fondo (Migjorn). Group comprised of 3 casetas varadero.

Es Racó de s'Abeurada (Migjorn). Group comprised of 4 fishermen's huts and 1 dry dock.

Es Còdol Foradat (Migjorn). Group comprised of 3 fishermen's huts.

Es Valencians (Migjorn). Group comprised of 7 fishermen's huts.

Es Caló des Mort. Group comprised of 4 fishermen's huts.

Es Ram. Group comprised of 6 fishermen's huts.

S'Estufador. Group comprised of 1 warehouse, 11 fishermen's huts and 6 caves.

Cala Codolar. Group comprised of 2 fishermen's huts.

Sa Cala. Group comprised of 5 fishermen's huts.

S'Anfossol. Group comprised of 6 fishermen's huts.

Es Racó de sa Grava Gorda. Group comprised of 1 fishermen's hut and 2 dry docks.

Es Pou des Verro. Group comprised of 18 fishermen's huts and 4 dry docks.

Es Caló. Group comprised of 26 fishermen's huts and 1 dry dock.

Es Pou d'en Miquel Pere. Group comprised of 6 fishermen's huts and 1 hut.

Es Corrals Tancats. Group comprised of 1 hut and 1 cave.

Es Penyal d'en Jaume. 1 hut.

Es Racó d'en Pep Miquel. Group comprised of 2  fishermen's huts and 1 dry dock.

Cala en Baster. Group comprised of 1 hut, 1 cave and 4 dry dock-caves.

Es Pujols (Roca Plana). Group comprised of 10 warehouses, 22 fishermen's huts and 2 dry docks.

Es Pujols (Roca Bella). Group comprised of 1 warehouse, 23 fishermen's huts and 2 dry docks.

Illa d'en Forn. Group comprised of 3 warehouses, 3 fishermen's huts and 1 dry dock.

Ses Xalanes - Illetes. Group comprised of 10 fishermen's huts and 1 dry dock.
