Build your electric guitar on Formentera

Sant Ferran de Ses Roques, a village on Formentera established round the church of Sant Ferran, holds one of the most prestigious guitar building schools in Europe. This is the Formentera Guitars workshop founded at the end of the 80s, and has seen over 500 young enthusiasts between 15 and 60 years of age.

Formentera Guitars, with a team of qualified professors, first quality materials and excellent working conditions, offers annually personalised courses aimed a new and experienced builders, for reduced groups of up to 8 pupils. The courses last 2 and a half weeks, and include theory, practice and the construction of an electronic guitar by each pupil. The school also supplies accommodation at the Hostal Pepe, facing Fonda Pepe, one of the most emblematic meeting points of the island.
