Research Grants of the Council

The Department of Culture of the Council of Eivissa and Formenetara has awarded the research grants for the year 2001, each for 1 million pesetas. The subject of the grants for this year and the winners are the following:

- "La recollida de microtoponímia d'un sector de Formentera". Winner project: team formed by Vicent Ferrer i Mayans and Dolors Clota i Garcia.

- "Dret foral d'Eivissa i Formentera". Winner project: equipo formado por Olga Cardona Guasch y Eva Cardona Guasch.

- "Situació sociolingüística a l'àmbit pitiús: causes. Propostes d'actuació per a un pla insular de normalització". Winner project: Bernat Joan i Marí.

- "Fracàs escolar a les Pitiüses: diagnosis dels motius i propostes d'actuació". Winner project Neus Costa Cardona.

- "Les feixes d'Eivissa i Formentera, aspectes mediambientals: propostes per a un pla especial". Winner project: no projects presented.
