Calviā will be the centre, the coming April 28, 29 and 30, for the European Conference on Violence against women and infants, within
the Daphne Initiative of the European Commission, that includes measures to combat violence against children, teenagers and
women.
The objective of the congress is to supply a forum for study and debate to prepare a Proposal Directive tending to homogenise the
state rules, and to create a Guide of Good Practice and Forensic Use in the application of the laws. The programme for these three
days includes debates, round tables and workshops with legal people from different community countries.
