Joan-Josep Bargues launches the film "Perdiendo el Jucio" online
An initiative inspired by the "Copyleft" idea.
The web of the film "Perdiendo el juicio" by Joan-Josep Bargues is now available. "Perdiendo el juicio" is a zero-budget short film produced by a group of friends from Mallorca, distributed via the Internet. It is a pioneer initiative in the Balearics inspired by the idea of the "copyleft" (basically, allow free copy and distribution). Bargues, writer, producer and director of the film, thinks that "the internet is a good promotion and distribution channel and a good option for minority products such as short films. And given that we will not obtain any income, at least we will share the film with everybody".
The work was filmed in Palma on November and December 2003, staring Bea Astorza, Miquel Rigo, Xus Aragón and Pablo Sierra. More information: http://www.perdiendoeljuicio.com.
