Fiestas in La Mola

Patron saint festivities from October 9 to 12.

The patron saint fetivities of Pilar de la Mola will being next Saturday with a folk dance and a concert by the Poliphonic Choir of Formentera on the quay of Es Caló. This event will take place at 6 p.m. and will be followed by Formentera tradicional singing in la Mola.

On Saturday morning there will be a running race to la Mola and in the afternoon there will be a chess open and an artisan fair with live music.

On Monday, at 8.30 p.m, Juan Morilla will give a Flamenco concert in the Church of la Mola, followed by a performances by the local band Cheap Violins and a DJ meeting, outside the Church.

On the day of the Patron Saint, Tuesday 12, in the moring the traditional mass will take place followed by folk dances. In the afternoon, another artisan fair, children entretainment, the price giving and a popular barbacue. Finally, there will be music by the local bands Aires Formenterencs and Enclave, a firework display and a concert by the band De Noche from Barcelona.
