Beni Trutmann Photographic contest

The Department of Culture for the Formentera Town Council and the Association of Friends of the Biblioteca Internacional have organised the "I Beni Trutmann Benefit Contest". The competition has a nature on the island theme and intends to be a tribute to Beni Trutmann, Swiss photographer, who died last year in his home in La Mola, after having photographed like nobody all the charm and nature of the island society.

The competition is open to everyone and a maximum of three photos can be present per person up to March 31 at the Formentera Town Hall, in person or by sending it by registered post. Three prizes will be given: 300 euros for the winner, 200 euros for the second and 100 euros for the third place. This tribute to Beni Trutmann will be complemented by the exhibition, at a date and place still to be decided, of a selection of photographs presented to the the contest.
