Conference by Isidor Marí about linguistic diversity

Isidor Marí, one of the founders of the Ibizan popular music group UC and present director of the Área de Humanidades of the UOC, will give a conference called "Llengües, universos en perill: les llengües del món" on June 21 at 8.30 p.m. in the Sala de Cultura Sa Nostra de Sant Francesc Xavier .

The conference by Isidor Marí will deal with the great linguistic diversity on the planet and the situation of the minority languages, that according to Unesco may disappear in 80 % during the XXI century.
