The virus 1i0n sends confidential information from the Mallorcan Council to China
The destructive virus 1i0n, known popularly as Lion, that recently infected the server of the Mallorcan Council, robs passwords and eliminates the security systems of the infected servers, leaving them unprotected and at the reach of any hacker that wishes to attack them later.  The worm, once inside the server, alters the configuration of some programmes and sends confidential information to an address with the domain "china.com".

The experts of the SANS Institute, who discovered the worm, suspect that the infected systems will be used as a base for operations to attack other servers on Internet.  They confirm that it is a very difficult worm to remove and they even doubt that it can be eliminated completely.
