Since yesterday, the travel agencies may market flight tickets for
Iberia via their web on Internet. The commission for the agencies
are the same as applied in the sale of all tickets: 6 per cent for national flights and 7.5 for international ones.
The travel agencies had shown their utter rejection to not being able to market the offers that Iberia has been supplying via Internet
since February 18 and they boycotted the sale of the company's tickets the whole of last week.
According to the president of the Spanish Federation of Travel Agencies, (FEAAV), Jesús Martínez Millán, with this agreement the
distension between the agencies and Iberia has concluded.
